Facility Manager

Job Description : Facility Management (Oil and gas Experience) INDUSTRY: Oil & Gas Company in Abu Dhabi • Managing the operation, maintenance and repair services including (preventive, breakdown, civil, furniture and procurement). . • Managing move, add and change management including (alteration, renovation, furniture installation procurement, project management and preparation of "as built"). • Ensure office space standard, including international offices, is being maintained and comply with the relevant standards, and guidelines: • • Provide the management team with advice Ad regular status reports on Office space/management issues and performance reviews. Minimum Requirement: • Bachelor Degree in Architecture /Civil Engineering, Facility Management or equivalent • 10 years of experience preferable within oil and gas industry, corporate or hospitality industry. • Experienced in conducting and managing risk management processes and HSE • Operational characteristics, services, and activities of the assigned department. • Candidates must be available in UAE
