Job Description : Head – Construction OMAN BE - Civil, Electrical or Mechanical, Exp:20 yrs Must have good knowledge in MEP for a large large hospital project. Must possess knowledge of latest construction techniques and be able to handle multidisciplinary activities with MEP services in a complex project like Hospital. Primary responsibility is to push construction activities at site in line with schedule and commodity targets Solve construction related problems at site and coach the team to solve their own problems. Strong skills in conflict resolution between team members with a high level of control, maturity and toughness in dealing with people.Must be able to lead, direct, pull and push (where needed) the entire construction team keeping motivation levels high.
