Job Description : FACILITIES MANAGER UAE FM Manager's job purpose is to effectively manage the strategic direction of the facilities and engineering services for projects managed by KHIDMAH. Location - Dubai The prime objective is to ensure that adequate management systems are in place to continually ensure a safe and robust environment for achieving superior performance throughout the property. Applicants must meet the below requirements and shall apply to Priority for Immediate joiners. Holding Diploma certificate/Bachelor Engineering degree /Associated Study in Facility management (CFM) Track record of substantial success in a similar role at a similar level, delivering services on time. 8- 10 years of experience in facilities management Good interpersonal and communication skills (written, spoken) with the ability and experience of engaging effectively with staff at all levels and external contractors. Ability to handle issues in a courteous, efficient, and effective manner, always maintaining a professional approach, regardless of circumstance. Effective organizational skills, including a demonstrable ability to contribute as a member of a team to achieve positive outcomes and to provide quality service to end-user.
