10 yearsJob Description : SUPPLY CHAIN TRANSFORMATION MANAGER SINGAPORE A world-leading electronics manufacturer is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Transformation Manager in Singapore to join its team. In this Senior Supply Chain Transformation Manager job, you will be responsible for leading the business in its next phase of growth. About the Senior Supply Chain Transformation Manager Role: Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Senior Supply Chain Transformation Manager will play a key role in the supply chain team’s continued development and success in its new Singapore office. Key Responsibilities: · Drive and support logistics network design initiatives (flows rationalisation, industrialisation transfer, warehousing migrations, organisational re-positioning, etc.) · Support the freight and route optimisation programme, as well as managing the freight performance · Help mature and develop customer processes capabilities (direct to customers) · Support unleash initiatives towards customer experience (end-to-end Lead time improvements, quality and reliability of commitments) · Reinforce the SOW and processes to be closer to best in class as part of the company's operating advantage business system · Lead, train and support business users ensuring adoption of solutions To succeed in this Senior Supply Chain Transformation Manager role, you will need outstanding communication skills as you will be client-facing. Key Requirements: · Master's degree · At least 10 years of experience in supply chain roles – preferably operational and functional track records · At least five years in leadership driving cross-cultural teams · Highly customer-centric · Ability to drive projects from end to end, with track record of achieving results and abilities to drive effective change management · High proficiency in warehousing/transport, order processing, materials management, demand/supply planning and SnOP is a plus. Customer experience a must. Manufacturing planning experience is a plus · Strong analytical and continuous improvement skills (problem solver) as well as good understanding of data analytics capabilities · Knowledge of SAP, IBP or equivalent planning tools is a plus · Strong people and organisational leadership skills: reliable, change agent, people oriented, approachable, great team player · Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in one-to-one situations and group settings · Ability to prioritise very well and maintain appropriate balance in a fast-paced, heavy-workload environment · Ability to influence and convince (strategic)
