Finance Controller

Job Description : FC DUBAI The Financial Controller will oversee the operational finance & accounting as well as manage key projects within operations, accounting and finance. The individual must have extensive experience in leading an accounting team or controllership as well as experience in accounting, treasury, bookkeeping, tax and audit at an MNC or large local conglomerate with the ability to consolidate multi-country entities. The individual will be required to pick through ERP accounting rules and streams and have a solid understanding of the fundamentals of ERP accounting as they will lead on ERP implementations and / or integrations. The Financial Controller will manage the ERP and treasury team and work closely with the accounting department. Note: Looking for people form Ecommerce, FMCG or Retail background. Responsibilities Project finance ERP implementation and optimization Internal control Taxation: Transfer pricing, VAT and Income tax Accounting for small entities Experience and Skills required Bachelor's degree in Finance / accounting. + 10 years of experience with prior experience in leading an accounting team or controllership. Previous experience in MNC or large local conglomerate. Being able to work and make decisions under tight deadlines and ambiguity Strong track record of process and business project improvements. Strong leadership and strong interpersonal skills Certified ACCA / ACA / CA / CPA Strong knowledge and practice of IRFS Implemented a new ERP in the past Experience in accounting consolidations of multi-country operations. Microsoft Navision experience is preferred, but not necessary.
