Job Description : Facilities Operations Manager DUBAI Experience: 10 Years Our client, a well-established group in the UAE operating since 1990 and in the business of providing hard and soft services, is looking for a Facilities Operations Manager for their facility management division. Successful candidate will be responsible to ensure that all operational delivery aspects of the company’s service contracts are delivered in an effective, efficient, and professional manner to the complete satisfaction of its direct and indirect clients. Candidate will manage and direct staff and subcontract staff engaged in Operational Delivery, and ensure success of contract wins by producing competent estimates/ proposals as required. Candidate must have effective management capabilities to deliver the contract at costs effectively, and will be accountable for contractual P&L, contractual KPIs and SLAs. Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience heading the delivery of complex high value contracts.
