Job Description : Operations Head - Permanent - Job Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai !!! On-going Marine Project in Mahape Mumbai Location Position: Operations Head Job Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai Experience : 15 to 20 years’ experience with exposure to marine workshop function. Qualification : Graduate marine/mechanical engineering, post-graduation in Management. Should have sound knowledge of Ship repair, Engine room equipment & Ship building. Develop relationships with shipyards & ship-owners. Identify opportunities and negotiate techno-commercial offers with customers, prepare techno-commercial proposals/tenders. Develop sales strategies. Development of business and marketing tools. Create awareness among shipyards and owners. Prepare long term strategic plans. Development of new services based on inputs of Sales and Market Dynamics.
