Job Description : SENIOR FACILITIES MANAGER UAE The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the facilities management company. Qualifications · Minimum 10 years of experience with a SERVICE PROVIDER managing Facilities Management contracts in UAE/ GCC out of which 5 years in senior role with proven Operational management experience. · BE or B Tech Mechanical Engineer. · Extensive experience heading multiple FM contracts simultaneously. · Strong leadership skills and thorough knowledge in due diligence, bidding, and costing FM proposals. · Excellent customer management skills and should be able to meet contractual KPIs · Experience managing subcontractors, specialist service providers, and a team of staff efficiently and cost- effectively. · Good communication skills and ownership qualities.
