Job Description : SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR SINGAPORE a leading player in the Food & Beverage industry with presence globally, where they aim to provide high standards and quality of service to both their customers and products. Our client aims to continuously cater and fulfil consumer's requirements via an effective supply chain & customized, value-added services; hence they are seeking for Supply Chain Director to assist them and contribute in this area. · To develop, execute and advocate supply strategies, policies and plans to uphold competitive advantage of the company. · To lead and grow a capable, robust and high performing Supply Chain Management team with adherence to the company's culture. · To implement rigorous analysis and strategic reasoning on core items (i.e., food materials, packaging etc) and indirect spends (i.e., core equipment, small wares etc). · To plan a structured process for supply chain risk management, supply continuity, cost management and reduction, swifter product development cycle times, upgraded quality and service, and accomplishing sustainability goals. · To develop and preserve strong partnership with the company's franchise partners, undertaking accountability for maximizing proficiency and minimizing cost for franchisees. · To maintain robust relationship, review performance, ensure methods and capacity of providing goods of quality and good pricing with key suppliers. You should have a Degree in Procurement or Supply Chain and have significant years of related working experience in the Food & Beverages/FMCG/related Consulting Industry from a Supply Chain Management background. It is essential that you can demonstrate your ability to be strong in negotiation and supplier management experience. You must possess very strong influencing skills to be able to deliver value and advice to stakeholders. You must have excellent and high-level strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving business skills to identify innovative initiatives and solutions. Ability to lead and develop teams would be beneficial.
