Job Description : Sales Manager AFRICA Industry: FMCG Jobs Location: Dubai DUTIES: • • Build a highly-committed indirect sales channel by selecting the right partners, developing relationships, consulting partners on actions that lead to growth, and motivating partners to increase their commitment to the Company • Support distribution marketing and training events for the assigned region. (Asia distributor conference, country trade shows, and other relevant events) • Ensure diligent and timely negotiation for renewing contract/compliance agreements with existing partners, and the same for adding new partners Minimum Requirement: lead sales growth across Africa region along with achieving the assigned profit margin. • Bachelor Degree /Similar 8+ Years FMCG exp on similar position • Preferably in UAE • Language known- French and English
