Job Description : DIVISION HEAD- PROPOSAL ( Middle East -Proposal Lead in Oil & Gas & Mechanical Projects ) , Graduate in Mechanical Engineering preferably with Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Management & Certified Estimating Professional ( CEP ), with 15-20 years’ experience in Oil & Gas sector estimation, Reporting to Sr General Manager Tendering ,stationed in Head Office , strongly able to lead TENDER preparation Team in Oil & Gas in Mechanical area Estimation i.e., Piping & Pipeline Estimation ( First Principle ) ;static and rotary equipment installation estimation ( First Principle ); Structural Steel work Estimation( First Principle ).Able to plan Strategy i.e. Tender Strategy, Bid No-Bid Review, Risk Analysis, Final Bid Review presentation to Management, Cash Flow Preparation, Cost Management, Project Execution Plan, Tender Stage Schedule, Histogram on Manpower & EQUIPMENT, Lost tender Analysis.
