Job Description : GM SALES AND MARKETING INDONESIA to work closely with the Country Manager in a fast paced environment that will offer opportunity to learn and to expand your portfolio. Job Summary As a General Manager Sales and Marketing, your key tasks are as below: Motivate and guide the sales and marketing team to achieve set objectives. Understand the personality types of sub-ordinates and guiding them accordingly to achieve desired results. Through evaluation of sales on a periodic basis and take corrective measures for continuous improvement Manage P&L Qualification & Experience Applications are invited from the candidates who meet the following criteria: Male or female, aged 35 - 45 years old Nationality: Indian or Indonesian National Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Pharmacy, MBA (Marketing) or any related field At least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical Sales and/or Marketing Professional use of MS office Possess self-motivation, highly responsible and has strong leadership qualities. Skill & Knowledge The ideal candidate will have management and leadership skills, sound knowledge of marketing concepts and has hands on experience in its application.
