Maintenance Manager

Job Description : ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE MANAGER NIGERIA FOR PELLET PLANT · Heading the Electrical team of the pellet plant. TPM paperwork & field knowledge. · To oversee the Maintenance of MCC & PCC. · To oversee the testing & maintenance of Dol, Rdol, Star-Delta Stator, Soft Starter. Commissioning & Maintenance of VVFD makes (Danfoss & ABB). · To oversee the Maintenance of Transformer, Motors & Breakers. · To oversee the Control & safety of the Conveyor belt and its safety equipment like Belt Sway Switch, Pull Cord Switch, Zero Speed Switch. · Maintenance of ESP, ID-FAN, FD-FAN, HR-FAN, TG, KILN & COOLER etc. · Maintenance & Calibration of weight feeder, BLMS, Belt Weigher & LIW. Operation & Maintenance of Press Filter. · Oversee the testing maintenance of instruments (RTD, Thermocouple, Pressure Switch, Flow Switch, pneumatic Valve, Limit Switch, sensor, ETC). · Man Power Handling on the project as usual as Maintenance works. Competencies and Skills required · Leadership · Critical thinking · People management · Time management · Communication skills · Management of spare parts · Field knowledge PLC & DCS. · Systems analysis and evaluation Minimum acceptable criteria · Engineering graduate with experience in the steel industry. · Minimum 8-year experience (recent) in pellet in maintenance.
