Chief Strategy Officer

Job Description : A reputed Group of companies in Angola engaged in Retail Business, mainly Food Products and located in several countries is looking for a Chief Strategy Officer. This is a "Business Head" position and reports to The Group Head and the Board. Engineer / Graduate with MBA in Operations / Marketing / Finance with around 15-20 years experience in understanding Business operations, being actively involved in Strategic Planning in including carrying Management / Process Audits. The position overseas all aspects of strategies for the group. The person should have the maturity and ability to handle disagreements productively and ensure that Business Plans, agreed strategies & objectives are effectively implemented and achieved. This is a senior management position and requires a hands-on person with strong strategic abilities supported by rich experience.
