Job Description : Director – Corporate Finance UAE Responsibilities: · Interprets and synthesizes data, exercises professional skepticism to challenge data, and develop recommendations to support the client’s objectives · Prepare workplan, budgets and timeline for engagements · Assist Partners/Directors in carrying out valuation engagements · Conduct industry research and understand drivers of growth within an industry/sector, identify relevant trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions · Review and analyzes historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheets to identify risks or price affecting considerations · Responsible for engagement management and risk management · Coach junior staff in technical valuations skills, industry knowledge and soft skills. · Manage the preparation and delivery of proposals, in conjunction with inputs from other service lines where required · Assists and take part in various internal initiatives (digitization, industry specialization, value creation) · Ability to develop financial models for assessing key financial drivers for conducting valuations and sensitivities · Present valuation findings internally and externally to clients · Manage the billing and collection process. Education: · Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related fields. Experience: · 10+ years or more experience in financial advisory (Corporate Finance) or Investment Banking, with experience in areas such as business valuations, mergers & acquisitions and financial modeling
