Job Description : CEO IRON ORE MINING INDIA CEO Mining (Iron Ore) Male candidate ( for reputed mining and Mineral Processing industry) Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Managing entire operations of Iron Ore Mines, Crushers and Beneficiation plants In-charge for entire business unit Optimization of resources Effective utilization of resources like plants and machinery, infracture and human resources etc., Execution of mining projects for extraction of iron ore. Develop and maintain the Company's goal to operate to the highest standards. Achievement of business goals and objectives Responsible for achieving production targets Implement and adopt best practices for production Identify potential issues and collaborate with mines and mineral processing team to prevent or resolve them Ensure complete adherence to safety standards Ensure maintenance plans and schedules are coordinated and reviewed with production demands Desired Candidate Profile: Male, B.E/B.Tech Mining or Mineral Processing with 25+ years experience in handling mining operations and mineral processing plant operations.
