Job Description : RSM UAE Be the chief advisor on business expansion strategy for ME / MENA region , analyzing feasibility of various approaches such as strategic partnerships, JVs, acquisitions, greenfield expansion etc., leveraging in-depth knowledge of European markets and emerging client requirements, keeping in mind the company’s organizational strategy and existing capabilities Execute business plan to achieve market share, market penetration, order booking, revenue and profitability targets for ME / MENA market Generate customer intelligence reports, containing knowledge of target customers’ specific strategies , as well as their political and business environment context Develop and execute strategy to meet customer acquisition and retention targets, leveraging local contacts across ME / MENA to develop opportunity pipeline Understand customer business case requirements and develop appropriate bid/negotiation strategies, ensuring that customer requirements are reflected in both costing and planning Lead the contract negotiations with ME / MENA clients and vendors (as part of a cross functional team) and ensure successful handover to project management team upon contracting Serve as primary contact for ME / MENA customers for service-related opportunities, and build long-term trustworthy relationships with key decision makers at potential customers Keep track of competitor activities in key regions/ industry segments, and devise measures to stay on track to achieve targets Scan ME turbine markets to identify and analyze emerging trends, threats and opportunities, and provide relevant inputs to product, technology, manufacturing, quality and customer care teams to help the organization stay at the forefront in product offerings Providei nsights to R&D and technology teams to help develop impactful product marketing collateral,alongwith giving inputs on marketing strategy to culturally contextualize branding efforts Act as representative in trade fairs/ exhibitions across ME / MENA to spread awareness about our product offerings and service capabilities amongst potential customers and policymakers 12. Assist in managing company’s PR activities for ME , such as social media campaigns, client mailers, articles in trade journals etc. 13.Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all opportunity and client related information in the CRM portal . Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent Masters degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent is preferred WORK EXPERIENCE 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing in UAE / Middle East / MENA , with 5+ years in Turbine/ Heavy Engineering industry (selling to customers in green energy production, OEMs, Utilities or Independent Power Producers etc.)
