Job Description : Plant Manager NIGERIA for confectionary Job Description: (Candidate's Present Location Must be in any African Country) 1)maintaining Production target, cost per kg 2)Follow up with purchase department to maintain inventory cost. 3)Daily Factory cost updating to director. 4)SERM ( strategic Execution Review Meeting)Meeting twice in a month attending at head office with all directors, discussing sales and operations, 5)Attending weekly (S and OP) meeting with directors. 6) Monitoring daily report, breakdown report, dispatch report, 7) Daily 15 minutes meeting with production team , maintenance team, regarding performance of machines, utilization of manpower, and materials. 8) Reconciliation of raw material, finished goods taking weekly once. 9) Follow up all tally entry of finished goods and dispatched goods, 10) Follow up rework and wastages, 11)Conducting training for workers to maintaining hygine, 5s, kaizen, and individual improvement, 12)Discussing with technical team regarding, preventive maintenance and break down maintenance and root cause analysis for machines. 13) Taking trials with quality department for new product, 14)KPI and other task given to team, checking monthly bases,
