Finance Controller

Job Description : Pan African Company with head office in Ghana and four subsidiary entities operating across West Africa. These subsidiaries operate in the following sectors: I. Financial Advisory, II. Technology solutions, III. Knowledge Transfer and, IV. A banking franchise across West Africa. Job Description: The Financial Controller will serve as the Technical and fiduciary expertise with a focus on management reporting, financial control and compliance as well as investor relations. Who you are: A business partner with a strategic and operational focus on using financial data to challenge the business and contribute to operational decision making, being a catalyst for driving business transformation and linking strategic objectives with the financial goals of the business across multiple sectors & jurisdictions in Africa. Job Requirements: • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance • An MBA or CPA is highly desirable. • 10+ years proven professional and leadership experience in an executive financial function • Up to date knowledge of current financial and accounting computer applications • Investment banking and/or corporate finance experience would be an added advantage. • Extensive IFRS9 knowledge. • Hands-on operational experience.
