Job Description : Managing Director for a Reputed Group in Nigera having multiplie intrests. He will report to the Chairman of the Group. Salary Range is USD 10000- USD 15000 Per month +Expat Benefits Breif Job Profile PROJECT-OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT Evaluating the project with the help of Project Delivery Process. End to end project management from planning, engineering designs to supply and monitoring on-site activities for final execution of erection and commissioning projects. Monitoring projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time over-runs and Quality Compliance; evaluating project progress and ensuring timely delivery of projects within the time and budgeted norms. Process Improvement by tracking Standards Loses during Operation, KPI defining and tracking for improved operation standards. Production Planning. Implementing effective processes / techniques; reviewing and re-designing existing processes for enhancing operational efficacy and achieving maximum cost savings. machinery and equipments keeping in view the performance, safety & quality standards. followed by the implementation and tracking for efficient output. Designing and implementing policies, guidelines and procedures to establish &maintain high quality standards in environment, occupational health and safety of people, equipment & environment in compliance FINANCE & ACCOUNTS Contract Negotiation & Finalization with Suppliers, Contractors and Purchase of Material for Project, Engineering and Raw Material. Developed Costing of Finished goods with the Costing Core Committee. Well versed to conclude the Project Budget, Maintenance Budget, MIS, Contractor n, Conversion Cost, Product Cost, Steam and Utility cost. PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT Determining the manpower requirements and assorting tasks to the workers to ensure timely accomplishment Coordinating inter departmental personnel activities. Participation in the management representing team during union wages & bonus negotiation.
