Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD KENYA Will be responsible in overseeing the overall business of the company and to closely work with the Senior Management of the organization. Areas of expertise:- Project planning and execution - Process Design & Re-engineering Performance Measurement Tools Internal Quality & Waste Audits Change Management Meeting timelines and Cost Profit & Loss Management Compliance Policies & Procedures Delivering optimized results Enterprise-Wide Quality Assurance Training & Development Programs Manpower training and management Inventory control Main Responsibilities:- Operation excellence & execution · Identifying training & development needs of team & providing ample growth opportunities to the team members · Driving Cost effective operations & Cost control initiatives across all functions · Team Formation, Development & Staffing · Team management and coordination skills for cross-functional execution of business engagements · Implementation of TQM Methodology and problem solving techniques Processes & System · Continues Improvement in processes, system & business practices to ensure organizational development · Business Excellence: Enhancing existing & drafting of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) · Formulating department objectives & KRAs, inter-department information flow frameworks Budgeting, Financial Planning & Controls · Finalization of mediumterm plan, annual budgets, working capital, cost management and cash flow targets and activity plan · Review and approve finalization of financial MIS - monthly and annual financial reporting · Track the business results. · Enhancing profitability through cost structure review and usage of alternative/localization of raw materials · Ensuring statutory compliances and reviewing the internal and corporate audit activities Supply Chain Management · Inventory reduction through design and rollout of demand planning and customer specific sales forecasting and performance monitoring · Lead secondary logistics strategy to achieve optimum space utilization level ,frequency of delivery ,route planning & delivery cost reduction · Strategic network optimization, including the number, location, and size of warehousing, distribution centers, and facilities · Develop Strategic Sourcing Strategy and policy and .Managing strategic relationships with key vendors Human Resource Management · Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets · Development of the training framework to boost the technical, product and soft skills of the staff across the region · Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members Sales and Marketing · Collaborate with corporate communications group to produce consumer specific marketing messages, ensuring maximum brand visibility and management of ATL/BTL gamut of operation and brand communication · Create plans and strategies to achieve the sales objectives. Oversee and direct market research ,external market trends and competition performance analyses for use in both product strategy and sales / marketing positioning and development of go-to-market plan Should posses the following skills – · Excellent leadership and team management skills. · Strong delegation skills and highly-drive to achieve success. · Good understanding of the business processes. · Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
