Should have 12 plus year of experience in Finance and Accounts 2. Managing and leading a team of 5 to ensure the highest level productivity and working as HOD for 2 years is mandate 3. 12 plus years of experience in Finance and Accounts is mandatory. 4. Manufacturing and service both experience is a mandate 5. CA/ M.com 6. Navi Mumbai/Thane based candidate preferred so they can save time on travelling 7. Tally, MS Excel macro working knowledge is must 8. Should be enough responsible and accountable, maturity is must 9. Team Managing experience is must, Working with Indian/family run company experience is preferred. 10. Accounting SOPs, system integration, Payables, Receivables, Bank Reco, Reporting, audits, Taxation all types are mandatory.
