Job Description : GM OPERATIONS TANZANIA one of the leading business house, based out of Tanzania is starting a green field project for a Mini Brewery -Beers. They have a vacancy for: General Manager: · To start a green field Mini Brewery to brew beers and subsequently run it independently. Initial capacity will be 5KLD and to expand to 39KLD over phases · Desired Qualification: Degree in Mech Eng/ Business Management and Administration/ Chemical engineering etc with good communication skills in English · Experience: At least 12 years experience in running brewery and or related operations. Experience of working abroad will be desired · Minimum Age: 35 years · Contract : Initial contract to be one years with long term extension possible. · USD 3500 to 4,000/month (Taxfree) plus usual perks of accommodation, transport, medical insurance and air fare
