Sales Director

Job Description : Gilat Telecom is looking for a talented and experienced Sales Director for Africa Territory, which is responsible for all business activities including: identifying potential customers, developing new markets, increasing customer value, long-term relationships with existing customer. Requirements: 15 years + of experience in international sales in the telecom sector - must. Sales experience in Africa and familiarity with the local markets -advantage Experience in Conducting the business in the territory including managing the distributors Fluent English or French. Often travel- 40%-50 % of the time. Skills required: Business Development Orientation. Ability to conduct long-term relationships with customers. Self-motivation and hunger for Sale. Ability to manage complex negotiations and deals. Ability to meet targets and timelines.
