Job Description : FINANCE AND ADMIN MANAGER ANGOLA Oil & Gas sector located in Luanda. Responsibilities: · Ensures business processes, administration, and financial management · Maintains accounting system and finalizes integration of new ERP · Leads planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals · Reviews financial reports · Prepares financial forecasts · Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting · Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance · Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets · Supervises accounting, finance and IT teams · Investigates means to improve profitability · Reviews and processes payments of the company · Monitor customer credit and reminders to customers · Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents. · Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business · Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions) · Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests Requirements: · Working knowledge of GAAP principles · Ability to manage multiple projects · Understanding of confidentiality · Adept at analyzing information · Decision making skills · Strong negotiation and Financial modeling skills · Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint · Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills · English mandatory and French is a strong plus · BA or BS in economics, finance, accounting or related field · 10 years of experience in Management (experience in Angola or other country in Africa will be a plus)
