Group Finance Manager

Job Description : GROUP FINANCE MANAGER KENYA group of companies with interests in various business fields including Imports & Exports, ICT, and Logistics. They seek to recruit a competent, well experienced and performance driven Finance Manager to oversee the group’s financial operations. Key Responsibilities · Developing the group’s budget and continuously monitor and evaluate its implementation · Give insight to the companies’ financial affairs and advise on the financial planning strategies and policies · Ensure effective and efficient management of the group’s resources including finances and assets · Ensure provision of meaningful, accurate and prompt financial management accounts and reports to the Managing Director and the Board · Participate in the development and review of the group’s strategic plan · Ensure compliance with public financial management Act, IPSAS and IFRS and ISO Standards, legal and regulatory policies · Construct and monitor reliable control systems Required Qualifications & Skills · Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or any related field of study from a recognized and reputable institution · CPA Graduate · Membership with ICPAK and or any other relevant professional body · 1+ years’ relevant work experience in Finance · Experience at Group level will be an added advantage · Conversant with accounting softwares · Commercial awareness and ability to comprehend broader business issues · Sharp analytical skills and eye for detail · Excellent numerical skills · Planning and organizational skills · Good interpersonal and leadership skills · Excellent communication and presentation skills · Package 120-140K USD
