Operations Head

Job Description : OPERATIONS HAEAD THAILAND FOR PLASTIC MANUFACTURING prestigious global packaging manufacturer just become available. This role will have P&L management responsibilities. About the Head of Operations Role: This is a great role for the Head of Operations to redevelop group systems and processes. Your main responsibility is to lead production, engineering, HSE and quality over 2 sites. The position offers a competitive base salary with executive level benefits and bonus structure. Key Responsibilities: · To plan, monitor and control production, sales, and supporting activities that are carried out at the plant to be aligned with the policy, systems and procedures in order to achieve business unit strategic goals and customer requirements. Ensuring sustainable revenue, profitability and growth for the organisation · To lead and integrate annual planning at plant between departments/divisions to be aligned with company's direction to assure alignment on strategic goals and to monitor the execution · Plan overall plant operations for best possible utilisation of inventory, equipment and personnel with the objective of attaining optimum operating efficiencies and consistency with prescribed quality and performance standards · To analyse business environmental changes (macro economic, business, regulations and social public, etc) and develop sales strategies and anticipate plans to response to those changes. With the ability to articulate strategy to operational teams you will take the lead in ensuring all operational functions are optimised. Key Requirements: · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering · Significant work experience (Five years) relevant to plastic manufacturing industry preferred · At least 10 years direct experience and a proven track record leading operations, production functions in a global manufacturing business · Fluent Thai language ability and English competency · Flexible on location and willing to balance time between both sites and the administrative HQ in Bangkok.
