Managing Director

Job Description : MD VIETNAM at one of the most respected international logistic firms based in Hanoi. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is the role for sales person who is a leader in their field. About the Managing Director Role: In this role you will be responsible for promoting the new business unit in Vietnam. You will also take a lead providing direction to all sales and marketing - related activities. Key Responsibilities: · P&L owner and responsible for the entire company operation in Vietnam · Establish business relations with relevant government authorities, industry players and other parties to facilitate the business · Develop local market expertise, intelligence and contacts and play an active part in key account management and development · Provide direction to the management team and communicate a clear understanding of job responsibilities, objectives, deadlines and performance expectations · Identify and develop key successors to the position To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-cooperatively with senior manager, across borders and internal matrix. Key Requirements: · More than 15 years of relevant working experience with at least five years with P&L responsibility · Proven track record in growing P&L · Strong business acumen, performance driven person · A self-motivated leader, excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
