Job Description : Sales Manager - Modern Trade at KENYA (Kenya Experience Mandatory) • Develop and implement a joint business plan with the Modern Retail Outlets to achieve company objectives & provide direction to implement this plan at the field level. • Meeting Category Manager for planning and organizing sales promotion activities. Designing and implementing the sales generation activities including specific promotional activities based on the data analysis and as per the budget. Collaborate with multiple functions like logistics, marketing, finance for servicing Modern Retail accounts Strategic planning & implementation of brand activation. • Managing the new product launches and promotions. • Managing & training the In-store team for effective and speedy execution of branding and visibilities. DESIRED PROFILE • Candidates with 8+ years of FMCG Experience with atleast 2+ yrs in KENYA in Modern Trade • Should have good negotiation & presentation skills • Must be a go getter & be ready to take up challenges
