Job Description : OPERATIONS HEAD NIGERIA Years of Experience: 15 To 20 yrs Qualification: BE/ MBA Criteria: Must Have Experience in Steel Manufacturing Plant, TMT, Bars, Nails, Mess, Sections And Age Not more than 47 or 48. Job Description: Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements Estimate costs and prepare budgets Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines Monitor production to resolve issues Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.) Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc. Ensure output meets quality standards Enforce health and safety precautions Report to upper management Salary: 3000 USD To 3500 USD Perks: Accommodation, Transportation, Visa, Ticket and Local Allowance Contract: 2 years Leave: After one yr 30 Days.
