Job Description : GM NIGERIA 25-30 years experience Conceptualize and execute competent business strategies to market a wide range of products & achieve sales & profit targets in a given time frame. Implementing long-term strategic business plans in tune with the market trend, competitive scenario, macro business opportunities and channel readiness. Conducting Business Analysis for assessment of revenue potential & opportunities to tap new business sources & achieve growth. Business Development Formulating team goals, short term and long term budget and developing business plans for achievement of these goals. Develop and execute effective marketing plans to ensure agreed goals, market share, and profit objectives. Sales & Marketing Managing sales & marketing operations, implementing sales promotional activities as a part of product launch, brand building and market development effort. Conducting competitors analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitors moves to achieve market share metrics. New Market Development Identifying new market segments and tapping profitable business opportunities. Conceptualize and implement market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve product-wise targets. Channel Management Identify & develop channel partners through guidance & training to make them achieve business volumes ® Enabling business growth by developing and managing a network of Channel Partners across assigned territories for deeper market penetration & reach ® Evolve strategies & activities to achieve desired business objectives & implement recognition campaigns for enhancing motivation Customer Relationship Management ® Generating business from the existing & prospective clients from various sectors for business growth. ® Interact with clients for suggesting and cultivating relations with them for securing business. ® Maximizing customer satisfaction through handling customer grievances, providing efficient services and resolving issues in the minimum possible time. Team / Man Management ® Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the team to ensure efficiency in process operations & meeting individual & group targets. ® Creating & sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities & motivates the team. ® Guiding the subordinates regarding the product's technical details and specifications and performance to ensure that they effectively interact with the clients. Desired Candidate Profile - Experienced in the Business Development Role specifically for products like Fertilizers Progressive experience in Sales and Marketing of all Agri Inputs (Fertilizers, Pesticides, Seeds, Micronutrients, WSF etc.). Expertise & excellent exposure to the International Market is a must.
