Operations Director

Job Description : Operations manager/ Director . This is the highest operational position within the organization and would encompass bringing all our operations (Extrusion, Print, Conversion, Recycling, Engineering, Logistics & Warehousing) under the ultimate management of one individual. This person would have the responsibility of increasing efficiencies of the whole business, implementing structures, coordinating & overseeing projects within the relevant divisions and formally reporting directly to the owners. The individual must have minimum of 10 years within a blown film environment but also a minimum of 5 years within such a position. We are only looking for the best! Total package with bonuses & benefits is approximately £100,000 per annum actively interviewing for this role and will likely appoint within the next 2 months LOCATION - UK COMPANY TYPE - POLMER
