Senior Commercial Finance Manager

Job Description : SENIOR COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER THAILAND ou will be working in partnership with the Finance Business Partner (FBP) and Commercial (Product) teams to drive business to the next level. The company provides basic salary + bonus + allowance and provident fund Key Responsibilities: · Work in partnership with the Finance Business Partner (FBP) and Commercial (Product) teams on the LTP and phased budget targets · Providing the right balance of challenge and support around commercial decision making · Accountable for weekly, periodic and quarterly reporting along with periodic rolling forecast in the assigned area · Manage the investment tracking and analysis e.g. capital, price, promotion, range changes, etc to ensure delivering sufficient insight to business within timeline · Simplify and improve performance reporting & forecasting to increase accuracy and sufficient for decision making · Other assignment as deemed appropriate · Developing and leading a high performing team, giving them the opportunities to be their best · Forecasting and managing budgets effectively · Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence. · Leading a financial agenda that balances short and medium term profit and cash delivery with long term sustainable growth · Leading financial performance by establishing analytical capability and support that provides category and market intelligence · Providing insight on business health by devising and holding the business to key financial and non-financial performance measures To succeed in this role, you must have in depth knowledge FP/A, commercial finance and business partnership. Key Requirements: · Finance experience in driving strategic priorities in large complex organisations · Experience of engaging and working with senior business stakeholders · Highly evolved financial analysis skills, effective team management · Commercial & business acumen · Stakeholder management · Influencing · Communication · Financial management
