Job Description : VP HR role based in Dubai. A global FMCG giant for foods, home care products, personal care and beauty require a change people leader to support the regional CEO's and stakeholders. Responsible for the growth and transformation of the groups culture, diversity and leadership. Focusing on engagement, empowerment and success factors of the employees and the groups vision for innovation and training. Leading 4000 FTE across MEA both blue collar and professionals, leading all manufacturing and sales. This is a creative role, not a yes person, someone who breaks the rules and and is extremely disruptive. Package 90K ++
