Supply Chain Head

Job Description : SUPPLY CHAIN HEAD VIETNAM In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for organising, integrating, and directing all supply chain related activities which support the company's overall business strategy for area of responsibility and ensure alignment to the corporate supply chain strategy. Key Responsibilities: · Manage work across multiple supply chain and develop and implement strategies that optimise the supply chain processes; planning addresses capacity issues and production decisions in support of business goals and includes customer inventory planning, delivery planning, and strategies to improve warehouse operations · Develop/implement strategies that optimise the supply chain processes · Manage all supply chain activities including planning, procurement and logistics and ensure the corporate strategy and guidelines are followed, as well as the legal requirements for the area of responsibility · Establishes performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain · Integrate Vietnam supply chain operations into global supply chain network by considering group standards and policies · Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to procurement · Establish strategies and ensure the operational execution for the next 3 years in alignment with organisation objectives · Lead Planning Manager, Procurement Manager and Logistics Manager To succeed in this role, you will need to develop, implement and monitor the overall supply chain strategies in order to maximise efficiency and productivity. Key Requirements: · More than 15 years of experience in supply chain in manufacturing in MNC · Strategic thinking · Problem solving and analytical skills · Well-developed oral and written in both English and Vietnamese communication skills · Demonstrated experience modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques · Leadership and teamwork abilities · Proven organisation skills and ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment · Strong seeing the big picture, recognising critical details and dealing with ambiguity · Strong ability to gain trust with all levels of employees and strong communication and interpersonal skills · Knowledge of lean manufacturing
