Job Description : Manager – Business Excellence for one of the leading pharmaceutical giant based in Mumbai. 1. Driving digital transformation projects for F&A/shared services setup globally. Prior exposure in Business Excellence roles is added advantage. 2. Must have sound understanding of RPA, any workflow solution and must have worked on its continuous improvement in close coordination with business and IT stakeholders. Must possess art of translating business requirements in IT context and ensure apt implementation for finance verticals - P2P, R2R and O2C. 3. This position will act as bridge between IT and Business, so candidate is expected to have sound understanding of technology along with relevant applications from business perspective to derive apt ROI (both qualitative and quantitative). 4. SAP Concur implementation or similar platform exposure is highly desirable. 5. Must be diligent to work with multiple stakeholders and identify process transformation opportunities and lead end to end implementation. Must have confidence to interact at all desired levels to drive projects. 6. Any certifications on latest technologies, Six Sigma Black Belt or PMP is highly desirable. 7. Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate well in business environment
