Job Description : General Manager - Hotel 5 star UAE Salary topped 20% to 50% based on last salary, based on achievements and performance in interview along with profile To be successful, At least 10-15 years experience in hospitality, preferably in the region, you will already be working at a GM level and ideally have some pre-opening experience. Resort / leisure destination experience is a must as well as strong working relations & connections with all tour operators over Europe and other geographic locations. You will be dynamic, highly motivated and have solid resort GM experience, ideally in the region (UAE/Indian Ocean) and fully understand the tour operating business. German and/or Russian speaking skills would be highly advantageous however not essential
