Job Description : Urban Planning Manager Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Salary: SAR 40-45k per month + flights and medical A reputable international consultancy has an urgent requirement for a Manager of Urban Planning to join their team on a major city development in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of urban planning professionals whilst coordinating with other disciplines and consultants. The ideal candidate will have experience on large-scale mixed-use, residential, commercial or industrial developments in the GCC. Preference will be given to individuals who are based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable iqama. Mandatory Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related subjects. • Minimum of fifteen (15+) years' relevant experience • Previous experience with an international engineering or design consultancy • Impeccable communication skills with client-facing experience • Must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
