National Sales Manager 
18 yearsJob Description : NSM COMMERCIAL SYDNEY AUSTRA;IA FOR OIL AND ENERGY a Tier 1 Oil & Energy business with over 100 years' of experience supplying the country's largest petrol and convenience network as well as refining, importing and marketing fuels and lubricants. They've recently leveraged the Australian business to extend supply chain and operations into international markets. This including their Trading and Shipping arm that operates out of Singapore and the US. This includes international storage positions across APAC together with a strong growing presence in New Zealand. The Role: Reporting to the General Manager - B2B, the National Sales Manager - Commercial, is responsible for creating and maximising shareholder value by developing and executing the Commercial strategy to grow the profitability of Commercial customers. They will lead a team of 5 direct reports in executing the strategy to maximise growth. About you... You will be a seasoned senior sales leader with at least 18 - 20 years experience in fuel or B2B related industries with extensive experience in sales, or B2B negotiations. Working cross functionally to deliver business outcomes with a proven ability to exercise sound judgement in complex environments will come as second nature to you as you direct the team and add value to the bottom line. Critical Accountabilities: · Develop and drive the Commercial strategy to achieve growth targets · Set the strategy for commercial negotiations with large customers · Provide insights to the organisation to help maximise future business plans and the development of differentiated customer value propositions. · Determine margin, volume and sales mix strategies · Build excellence customer relationships · Build market share growth through customer acquisition and retention and pursuit of alternate customer and sales prospecting · Develop and lead a highly capable business to business sales team to deliver on required business outcomes. · Provide leadership and direction to each department in B2B to ensure delivery of B2B Plans on a national basis. · Optimise CAPEX and OPEX, NAM and EBIT Essential experience needed... · 18 - 20 years' experience in senior leadership roles. · Demonstrated effective judgement in complex environments working cross functionally. · Experience in the fuel industry is highly desirable. · Ability to understand the business and customer strategy, financials and business deliverables · Strong interpersonal skills with exceptional presentation. · High level of influencing and negotiation abilities with a demonstrated capability to engage at various levels within a business.
