Job Description : SALES HEAD GREATER ASIA a global leader in developing infrastructure solutions for energy and natural resources. They provide an extensive suite of onshore and floating products for the distribution and usage of liquefied natural gas (LNG). As the Head of Sales, you have the opportunity to build a successful business for the Company in Greater Asia. The role can be based in Busan, South Korea or Singapore. Your main responsibilities include: · Design and implement strategies, sales forecasts, and budgets to achieve sales targets · Build effective relationships with new and existing customers · Establish codes of conduct to ensure customer service excellence · Lead and develop the sales team to improve accountability and belonging · Collaborate with regional cross-functional teams to deliver large and complex projects · MSc or BSc in Engineering preferred · At least 15 years of relevant sales experience in MNC companies · Achieved business objectives in LNG industry · Established network within the energy and natural resources sector · Ability to analyse and interpret financial data · Excellent leadership and communication skills · Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset
