Job Description : MRICS Senior Commercial Manager Riyadh KSA. Qualifications: MRICS, 20 Yrs total experience with 5 years Regional experience and minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within a PQS Consulting firm. Candidates MUST be currently based in GCC Project Location: Riyadh working as part of team in the Clients office. Head up consultant team of 2 Commercial Managers; 1 Cost Manager and QS measurement support team. Part of a Project Management team offering pre and post contract cost management services, client liaison. Drafting Letters of Acceptance; reviewing and drafting Consultancy Agreements and Construction Contracts. The project is a major mixed-use project over an area of 7 sq. km, with entertainment, shopping, and residential elements. The current land use incorporates Museum and Cultural Assets, Hotels and Branded Residential Units, Community Facilities, Public Realm, F&B / Retail, Subterranean roads, servicing, building services infrastructure and Basement Parking. Package: Total Remuneration MAX of SAR 65K per month, Flight Tickets Single or Married Status to country of origin, Medical: Full Benefits, Annual Leave: 30 working Days. Working Hours: 48 Hrs/ 5 days week.
