Job Description : HR Director - APAC for a global medical devices firm who will be based out of Delhi and run the regional remit. Looking to connect with candidates with below background :- - A minimum of 10+ years of experience of which 5 years should be in a leadership role - Strong experience of working in global organizations and passion for partnering with business - High maturity levels since the incumbent will be partnering with global stakeholders by way of the team at headquarters as well as in country business leaders - Ability to drive the global agenda by strategically managing the uniqueness of each of the countries he/she is responsible for While the role is based in NCR, the incumbent would be expected to travel (once the external environment is more conducive).
