Job Description : CEO INDIA PREFERRABLY from cementplant (Other plants also can be considered) background who has crossed 58 yrs (just retired) & is willing to work for another 10 yrs. He will control a crushing plant in Karnataka (manpower 300 + 45-50 Unionized workforce (internal union)) He needs to be strong in plant commercial (purchase, SCM, Logistics, warehousing, taxation, Statutory, accounts & Finance, HR, Govt. liaison) NO NEED to have very detailed technical knowhow of cement plant as client has a strong & Sr. tech person to take care of Prod/mfg Person gets family accommodation with all reqd support. He basically operates as CEO & takes care of Plant P&L
