Job Description : GENERAL MANAGER - ZAMBIA FMCG Company SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Stock management Able to implement and maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene according to standards. Able to effectively manage transport and shifting of stocks. Ability to multitask. Process oriented with ability to notice relevant process details, understanding their root causes, and identifying a solution that fits into the organisation's goals and act accordingly. All aspects of budgetary responsibility in effective financial management and planning required. Proven success in building a one-unit team culture through coaching supervisory and management teams providing Minimum 15 years' experience, with 2 years in Operations and Logistics 2 years in Management in a fast paced environment that is customer focused Proficient in MS Office and other relevant database systems.
