10 yearsJob Description : Business Development Manager for a Leading MNC for - Angola Region Job Position- Business Development Manager Roles & Responsibilities: • Identify, new channel/sales partners within assigned territory • Manage sales activities to generate revenue. • Analyse market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness. • Evaluate sales performance and recommend improvements. • Address Sales related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner. • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities. Required Skills & Experience: • Extensive knowledge & experience of OTC range of Pharma/ FMCG Products. • Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in FMCG and Pharma products, Experience of sales in Angola is preferred. • Passionate, Self-motivated & Result Oriented with Proven Track Record • Strong Costing & Negotiation Skills Business Acumen. • Strong communication skills (English & Portuguese verbal and written) Educational Qualification- Graduation in any field, B.Pharm preferred Gender- Male Bond- 2 Years Salary- USD 2500-3000 + Incentive Location- Angola (Central Africa)
