Job Description : EXPORT SALES MANAGER INDIA FOR PIAGGIO 15+ years experience You will work towards planning, organizing, coordinating and developing international markets by analyzing the trends of the customers in your assigned region and adopt creative sales strategies to achieve more business in terms of volume growth, product mix, market share. Your key deliverables will be: · Achieving business plan volume targets by working closely with distributors, dealers and other stakeholders in the assigned countries. · Gaining complete understanding of the operating countries economic trends, triggers affecting the industry, competition actions, customer preferences, usage patterns etc. · Executing aggressive retail plans on monthly basis, executing ATL, BTL and brand building activities, secondary network activation and coordinating with service team for service camps and local mechanic trainings. · Strategizing ways to expand network and fortify the relationship with the existing distributor partners within the approved country of operation to increase business · Strengthening and expanding the export footprint by new distributor tie-ups within the approved geographies · Collaborating with internal stakeholder such as finance, production, material management and logistics to rally efforts and execute the business orders and meet targets · Foreseeing and steering sales plan to build a healthy profitability record for export business to meet business goals · Monitoring and tracking key data on the market and analyses the same to have meaningful understanding of the market · Conducting continuous Competition analysis to evaluate and establish understanding of their Pricing, Market share, Product Information, Network Coverage, Sales Strategies and building plans to surpass competition · Performing all the Commercials, documentation, shipments and bank interactions activities for all International operations · Planning for adequate stocks at importers location to ensure seamless and continuous stock of products
