Job Description : HR DIRECTOR DUBAI Developing corporate plans for a variety of HR "matters such as compensation,benef its, health, and safety,etc." "• Acting to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc." • Supervise the work of HR personnel and prov ide guidanc e • Monitor adherenc e to internal policies and legal standards • Dealwith grievances and violations invoking disc iplinary action when required • Anticipate and resolve lit igation risks JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as HR Director and 20+ years inm HR • Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations • A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting • Excellent organizational and leadership skills • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
