Sales Supervisor

Job Description : FMCG Sales Supervisor Bahrain Responsibilities are: •Set sales target for trade, activities and promotions. •Ensure budgets are controlled and tracked by Account. • Market visits along with team members/ monitor display distribution, ensuring adherence to Principal requirements and to observe market activities to identify any new business opportunities for development. - Aligning distribution & display principles, priorities,targets. - deliver the On Shelf Availability (Distribution) #consumer targets. •Conducts Audits to ensure stock levels correspond with cash held, undertake spot checks of vans to assess stock levels held, condition of goods, freshness etc. •Investigates any claims/ damaged goods. •Assists the Principals in implementing regional ideas and strategies by adapting to suit Bahrain market. •Assists consumer and trade promotions/creates tailor-made promotions for specific customers when required. •Provides guidance/ corrective performance measures when required to ensure that the team meets set targets for volume, revenue, distribution/market coverage. •Prepares reports to principals and communicates regularly to update progress/ issues
