10 yearsJob Description : SALES DIRECTOR SINGAPORE well-recognised telecommunications system integration business based in Singapore. The role will have ownership of the sales team to meet and exceed goals, with many opportunities for growth in the region. About the Sales Director Role: In this role, you will responsible for expanding, developing and managing relationships with both new and existing customers and ensure customers' needs and expectations are met by the company for securing and closing new business deals. Key Responsibilities: · To take up the ownership of sales target for both Singapore and the Southeast Asia region · To develop, coach, and mentor sales team to grow business and promote effective sales strategies · To guide the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual revenue as well as growth targets by establishing sales goals, implementing account growth strategies, and monitoring achievement · To manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities · To understand customer's business to be able to explore opportunities · To lead a culture of sales excellence; drive consistent implementation and adoption of sales processes, pipeline management, measurement, or success KPI's and sales performance · To conduct regular business reviews with the team to ensure alignment to the plan and coach the team to execute strategic account plans · To develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goal · To inspire, lead, coach, set expectations, and motivate the sales team to build and grow their assigned accounts · To accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for assigned accounts · To manage all accounts effectively; establish accurate plans and forecasts; prioritise efforts; generate short-term results while holding a long-term perspective to achieve overall results To succeed in this Sales Director role, you will need to work with the leadership and key stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive sales and go-to-market strategy for the region. Key Requirements: · Bachelor's degree from reputable university preferred · At least 10 years of experience in the telecommunication industry · Proven track record of selling telecom-based solutions and professional services · Understanding of the business environment, issues and trends within the telecom industry · Contemporary knowledge and understanding of innovations and technical advancements within the telecom industry towards 5G, Cloud Based solutions selling, covering a wide spectrum of applications, and its competitions, pricings and industry nuances
