Job Description : COO THAILAND An excellent Chief Operating Officer (x1 vacancy) job in Bangkok has just arisen at one of the world leading engineering and heavy machinery companies. Your main responsibility is to to direct and drive the operations of a large, complex business to ensure the performance is on track for short and long term goals. About the Chief Operating Officer Role: Reporting to the CEO, you will lead all strategic operating activities and act as the main force in change management to ensure directions is on track for both short and long term goals of the business. The salary offered is competitive with attractive bonus. Key Responsibilities: · Designing and implementing effective and efficient business operations · Establish policies that promotes company culture and vision · Overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc) · Establish policies that promote company culture and vision · Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication · Assist CEO in fund raising ventures & participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc) · Manage relationships with all business partners and stakeholders To succeed in the Chief Operating Officer job, you will need to have successful track records in managing operations and drive business expansion with excellent soft skills. Experience in project construction, O&G, automation or heavy machine will be advantage. Key Requirements: · Degree in Engineering , Business Administration or relevant field · Experience in the role of COO at least three years · Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development · Understanding of business functions such as HR, finance, marketing, supply chain etc. · Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities · Excellent interpersonal and communication skill · Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving
